"By far the most knowledgeable and helpful realtor I have ever dealt with."

I have been buying and selling real estate for more than 50 years, totaling more than $3 billion dollars over my career thus far, and I am pleased to write this recommendation for Dallin Nelson.

I met Dallin over a year ago and have been working with him on the purchase of multiple properties that together created a residential development for which we are now getting ready to build. This turned out to be a very complex transaction and without Dallin's hands-on involvement, I don't believe it would have ever closed. He is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful realtor I have ever dealt with.

Dallin was very persistent and patient with the needs of his sellers and was very aware and helpful towards my needs as the buyer. At times he was able to intercede directly with city officials to assist me in our entitlement process. He worked well with all the involved parties and helped to keep communication flowing well and remained actively involved in the multiple contracts that made up this transaction.

Overheard · 2009 short sale
"This guy is so overly persistent!"
Overheard in 2009 from Chase Bank representatives who thought the call had ended, during an especially grueling short sale Dallin was negotiating on behalf of a family. There are far worse things someone could say about a REALTOR® fighting for his clients.
